Account Deletion Process
We value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Character Craft 5.5e account and all associated data (including cloud-synced characters and campaign data), please follow the instructions below.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data stored on our servers will be permanently removed.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate the deletion process, please send an email to our support team with the following details:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Email Address: The email address associated with your Character Craft 5.5e account.
- Reason (Optional): We would appreciate knowing why you are leaving to help us improve, but this is not required.

What Happens Next?
- Verification: We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account.
- Processing: Once verified, your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
- Completion: The process is typically completed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

Please note that some data may be retained for a short period in our backup systems or as required by law. However, this data will not be accessible or used for any other purpose.
